We are temporarily closing our website from Sunday 29th March at 5pm. Orders received up to that point will be posted on Monday 30th March.

We will continue to reply to emails received while our website is closed.



Packages are usually dispatched within 2 days of receipt of cleared payment. Please contact us for information on additional postage options should you require express or signed for services.

Standard shipping charges:

                Ireland South and North €3.80

                (Customers from N. I. please select country as "Northern Ireland")

                UK (excluding Northern Ireland) €5.50

                Western Europe  €6.00

                All other regions €14.00

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Delivery time within Ireland is usually 2 - 3 working days, to the UK and mainland Europe is usually 3 - 6 working days and to the rest of the world is usually 5 - 8 working days.

We may send your order by courier depending on its weight and value, courier service will take an extra day to deliver.

Boxes and envelopes are suitably sized and your items are well-protected, special care is taken to protect fragile items.


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the goods for a refund within 21 days of receipt, please contact us before returning. We do not accept returns of beads which have been taken off their temporary string, bespoke orders and chain or wire cut to your requirement. Simply ensure that purchases are unused and in the original retail packaging when you return them. To ensure safe return please package them securely in bubble wrap or reuse the original packaging if possible. 

We ask customers from outside the European Union to ensure a customs document is completed and marked "goods returned". If this is not done the goods could be refused at customs and returned to you.

We reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund, if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

We do not refund return postage unless the goods are faulty or the incorrect items have been sent to you.
