You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt.

To withdraw from your recent order, please contact us quoting the order number you wish to cancel. If you want to cancel part of an order simply list the items you do not require.

Our standard terms apply but please note in particular;

We do not refund return postage unless the goods are faulty or the incorrect items have been sent to you. 

We reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund, if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

We cannot accept returns of opened packs of earring components.
